Titanium Tubes, Pipes are available in both Seamless as well as Welded types, manufactured to the ASTM/ASME specifications in a wide variety of sizes. We supply titanium tubes to leading Oil & Gas industry fabricators to build heat exchangers, air-coolers and other process equipment. Titanium tubes are typically used in commercial heat exchangers in grade 2 and used in aerospace hydraulic lines in grade 9. The motorsports, sports equipment and bicycle markets have also found grade 9 very beneficial to their applications because of the light-weight and strength of titanium.

Aerospace
Titanium is used in airframes as well as in aerospace engine components. Titanium tubes are able to handle high temperatures even without creep. The tube is recognized for its high strength-to-density ratio due to its excellent resistance to fatigue and crack growth.

Applications in the power industry.
Power Generation - Titanium tubes play an important role in high temperature water and steam environments. Grade 2 titanium has been used in different power plants to deal with issues related to boiler friction and condenser failure.
Applications in the chemical industry
Chemical Processing - Highly corrosive environments such as those commonly found in demand piping systems, chemical processing industries, heat exchangers, and other systems capable of handling heavy loads. Through titanium's excellent corrosion resistance, it has the potential to withstand high stresses effectively for extended periods of time in extreme environments.

Oil and Gas Industry
Oil and Gas - High temperature, high pressure or high pressure, high temperature applications, such as oil and gas well applications, require pipelines that can last. The oil and gas industry often requires the high corrosion resistance of titanium, especially in areas such as topside, subsea and downhole.

Titanium is considered to be one of the nine most abundant elements of the Earth's crust, and the seven most abundant metals. Alloyed titanium tubes and a mixture of vanadium and aluminum increase the strength of titanium while maintaining its weight over that of steel.

Titanium can work easily. With its stiffness, strength, toughness, highly desirable high-performance metal tube metal and high melting point, it is likely to encourage the industry to use titanium and titanium alloy tubes. It can be used in aircraft hydraulic systems, medical implants, hydraulic systems, subsea equipment, offshore drilling platform components, and chemical and marine processing plants.
